My laptop get struck and i forcefully shutdown it and after

Question

My laptop get struck and when i forcefully shutdown it and after that when i am trying to open my visual studio project 

it says one or more project in the solution were not loaded correctly , please see the output window for details.

 

 

C:\Users\dhabib\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\MVC\BusinessApplicationTemplate\BusinessApplicationTemplate\BusinessApplicationTemplate.csproj : error : Unable to read the project file 'BusinessApplicationTemplate.csproj'.

C:\Users\dhabib\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\MVC\BusinessApplicationTemplate\BusinessApplicationTemplate\BusinessApplicationTemplate.csproj: The project file could not be loaded. Root element is missing.

 

I am using VS2010 also check the attachment
