My newly created tables are deleted when I close my application

Hi,
I am using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition database,my newly created tables are deleted when I close my application,please tell me how to fix this problem?

it cant delete without do any operation so please reinstall it may be its corrupted.
