My server (windows server 2008 r2 ) had regional setting (cultural info) to German,
It takes . (dot) as , (comma)
eg 20.00 as 20,00
Now i changed setting to USA. But it still shows , (Comma) in my asp .net web app. (i uploaded an excel with numerical data but the app shows it as , (comma). plz suggest.
