Mysql Backup using c#.net

Question

I made a windows form which does backup database and restore database. I have MySQL workbench as database. But there is some error while running the program. The error is:

 

Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data, Version=6.9.7.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

 

Please anyone tell me why this happened n how to solve it.
