need a code for datagridview background image

hi all....
In my application i fill data in Gridview. Now i want to assign BackGroundImage to this Gridview. This image is any image such as jpg which i put in BIN->DEBUG-> Images Folder of my application

Hi Anji You just need to add BackImageUrl property.
