need a ' insert attachment' dialog!

just like outlookit will display when you insert a attachment .Can anyone help me or give me some idea?

Can you not use OpenFile Dialogue to return the filename? You don't necisariy need to open the file for editing.

but the open file dialog show the button text is 'open' how can i change this text to 'insert'?and can i get a file icon image from this dialogbox and display it in a textbox just like outlook?
