need a move any object inside a panel in a smooth way

am developing a window form application.in which i have created a panel to add objects like image,flash file,sequence file and text file.. i can able to add objects my problem is i cant able to move the objects like image or text in a smooth way...kindly clear my doubts

thanks for your reply it supports only pngbmpjpggif format we tried the following formats. formats like tgatiffswf. but we didn't get o/p.
