I host webinars and I have some video files which I want to upload but after cutting/splliting some portions of it

 

anyone can suggest me some free and efficient video editing/splitting tool which you have used by yourself?

Since its webinar video so i expect your requirement is cutting/splitting /joining and some basic editing, Windows movie maker will be best option for you. Its free and easy to use.

 

Alternatively you can also try hjsplit
