Need Career advice on MVC? ( Corrected Typo )

Question

Hi Seniors, After working in MVC for 3 years in a startup company I joined in a MNC company a year before. But I was allocated to asp.net forms project where I worked hard but still geeting 7% increment(totally 6.2 lpa now). I love MVC and interested to work in new technology like AngularJS. But I dont have the opportunity to work in those here at all. My Question is Can I make a move to a company where I can utilize my skills and develop my programming skills in emerging technologies with good salary like 8 lpa.Is it a right move or a bad move? Because I am changing the company in just a year will it make an impact in my career negatively?Thanks in advance! Regards, Satheeshkumar

No it will not . If you realy get a 8 LPA job with your loving working technology then you can go ahead and move to the new company.If not then continue in the same company atleast for one more year.As you have told as you have 3 years exp its not much good to always change for the company.Regarding the new technology we can not predict as we will be always working in our own loving technology in MVC or in Angular JS.We are working for Microsoft technology so we need always ready to be adopt and work for any Microsoft technology,More or less it will be depend on your Company project so love to work with your present project. if your present project is in ASP.NET and you are worrying to work with MVC and Angular JS .Then you can spend your free time to start working on that by your own and study for new things by googleing and try by yourself you can spend 1 hour per day to study and work with your new loving technology.

Hi Satheeshkumar R In this technology era everyone is looking for a nicer project so that it will make a good trail in future , So in my openion you have to switch to a new company that offers you a growth in terms of salary as well as future aspects.
