How does Devexpress Control help me in growth

Hi  in my total 4 yr of exp i working in asp.netc#.netHTMLADO.NETCSSDevexpressMVC4 with razor(6 month). 1) How long does Devexpress Control help me in my future growth? (I get esily job in devexpress but i am not sure that i get more than 4.5 packege . also as per my exp. most of company expectation is Sr. developer) please guide me i am really confused. my main focus on salary and knowledge(only pune).

How long does Devexpress Control help me in my future growth? Approx. till the DevExpress survive in the market. DevExpress is a custom tool creator like syncfusion Telerik etc. I'm not sure only DevExpress will help you in future. In my 8+ years experience i don't have any experience with these. But I have experienced with ASP.NetMVC JQuery Web Services WCF etc. These kind of custom control library may give an extra credit during interviews. That's all. And about your salary you can expect around 30 - 40 Percent normally. That's considered as Industry standard. Some companies may give extra. Again it based on the companies and their needs.
