Need Guidance for developing porject

Dear Experts

I am planing to develop website using HTML5/CSS/Jquery..

The target is that it should run on tabs/mobiles/ or any Android App.

What issues I will have face..What things i will have to consider before starting project...

I will call wcf services from Jquery to retrieve data in Json format

Please suggest more and more things ..

The following things to be considered: * Cross browser + cross platform compatibility * Few javascript may not properly in the all the browsers * You have to responsive CSS * Make sure your touch frameworks works well in all the phones * What in case the end-user mobile is not supported HTML5 how you're going to handle that? * You need consider different mobiles have different resolution. * Where & how you're going to handle mobile device storage? If I get something will keep you posted.
