Need help deciding what classes should be used

Question

Hi,

I need help deciding what classes should be used to store licensing information entered into forms (web based or ms forms) by truck drivers and allow reports to be made?

I'm guessing I would need a License class, Driver class and a GUI?

Any suggestions? :)
