I AM A B.COM GRADUATE AND HAVE DONE A SOFTWARE ENG. COURSE FROM A RECOGNIZED INSTITUTE
AND CURRENTLY HAVE A TOTAL EXP OF 1 YRS IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT(ERP SOFTWARE).
CURRENTLY WORKING AS A JR. SOFTWARE DEV.
PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT WILL BE BETTER OPTION FOR ME

AND PLEASE I NEED HELP IN MY CV

thank you for your reply as it is very help full i forgot to say that currently i am persuing a part time MCA from IGNOU will it be helpfull for me or i should switch and have completed sem 1 sucessfully

keep working hard and learning development technologies in your current job. if i were you I'd continue part time studies h.com/m.com/mba to build on the bcom. it will be a huge boost in financial and erp systems later in your career when you become more senior and will then have the option to move from intermediate or senior developer to consulting or business analysis or to go to management or to start your own thing. it gives you options later in life. the other option is to hunt a degree in software engineering but it really doesn't make any sense as it will leave you with 2 degrees instead of a masters and you'll be competing with more specialized guys in future. but it really depends on where you want to go with your career
