need help please in my first webApi

i m starter in web Api and MVC i was programming with asp.net webforms when i run mywebApi project i get this error and cant get any action

Hi If you are calling the Home controller Index() method the url should be as below - http://localhost:4549/Home/index In the url the controller name should be Home and not HomeController The routing for this will be by default written in RouteConfig.cs in App_Start folder For more details of Routing follow below link - http://www.tutorialsteacher.com/webapi/web-api-routing
