Need help to bind database

Question

Hi there;
I am a newbie in this forum and C#,I have programmed in VB6 but want to change my language to C# 2008,I need help to bind database in DAO.
also I don't know how to connect to data base.
please give me the syntax about Insert,Delete and other methods about binding and modify database in c#.
I use Access database as well.

Note that DAO is old technology. I don't know for sure whether it is supported by .Net but I really doubt it. In .Net you can use ADO. You can start by creating a Forms application then use the Server Explorer to connect to your Access database. Then use the Data Sources window to create a data source. Then just drag the data source to the form. You can create a form that shows the data and updates the data (including insert and delete) without writing any code. See Data Walkthroughs for some useful samples of what can be done. Some of the walkthroughs are relativley advanced so do just the ones that are useful to you in any order you want to. So the Walkthrough: Connecting to Data in an Access Database is most relevant for you.
