Need Hints and suggestion for application.

Question

I am trying to build a .NET based application which is based upon file migration from Google to OneDrive. But i do not know how to start making it and what i require. Please give me some suggestions and hints on below parts:

1. Which template should i use i.e. Web App, Windows Form, MVC
2. What would be the mechanism of my application? i.e. the workflow.

3. Which language should i go for?

If I get it correctly you want to add a button to the form, from code and not with the designer.

It's not that hard. Just add an eventhandler for the load event of your form. Instantiate a button, set some properties of that button and add it to the control collection of the form.
