Hello Honey i saw demo of Microsoft Outlook Add-In on http://www.maxhire.com/information.asp  you can do it by making Outllook addin Project through .net 2005 or 2008 and Outlook custom forms. i does not know your actual requirement so i can not help you in very efficient way so you can explain in brief... than i will explain you where to start........ thanks
