Need to assign value from xml file to string variable in .net

Question

Hai all i had on gateway.xml filelike Gate zoo test 301 http://sms.xyz.com/sen.asp? > and i need to assign strUserID variable in .netand i had to assign the (strUserID =zoo) from the xml file.... Thanks in advance
