what happened on the server side , when a page is requested by the client?

Hi Gaurav, when the page is requested in the client browser's, it sends the request as HTTP/HTTPS and it will be send it to the asp.net web server. The IIS engine (ASP.Net ISAPI dll) will recieve the request and it validates the request whether request page is available or valid request and it sends to the engine. It process the request and processed in the web server, it sends the response to the request browser as HTML format. There the page life cycle involves. The IIS remember whether page is requested first time or submitted and other client details for sends the response back to the exactly requested browser. In high level you can say something like this.
