Hi .Net is a framework If you want to build any application using Asp.Net then you need one building foundation like as constructing a house or building construction so here we use .Net framework. This framework will contain CLSCLRCTSetc. The memory management also handing through .Net framework. MVC is stand for Model View Controller. it's a design pattern and you can easily handle and reusable the code.
