All I can tell you is that it appears to be an event handler for an ASP.NET DataList control. However there are several to choose from: CancelCommand DeleteCommand EditCommand ItemCommand UpdateCommand which fire when the appropriate DataList button is clicked (any button in the case of ItemCommand) and there doesn't appear to be any clue from the method name (sd) as to which one is intended.
