Sir how can I create a system that can be access by many users through your network.. The System must only have one database. Thank you in advance.

You can use TCP/IP protocol for that building on the top of that would let you use the most out of your server. But if you want to target multiple clients then you should use WCF framework for that! WCF is a .NET technology and you can use C# to write applications on it.
