New To C#.Net please clear windows application doubts

I have done one small windows application(coding c#) with two forms,the function is ,when we close main form using code(this.close())it should be closed and not the other form but it went in such a way that when the main form is closed the second form is also getting closed .Please help to solve this problem.As I am new to .net.

Have you debugged the application by keeping breakpoints? If you are using google api for this there may be an update that may affect the expected functionality. Please check that one also.
