Hi Hameed Nintex is one of the powerful tool for workflows and forms which can be integrated into the SharePoint to automate the business process. It comes up with the very extraordinary user interface to make it easy for the developers. To develop the nintex workflows first you have the nintex installed in your computer and integrated into your sharepoint farm. Once it is installed you can activate the nintex feature in your central admin as well as in your site. once the feature is activated you will find the nintex menu in your list and library menu in your top ribbon. By using the nintex you can customize the list/library forms with lot of features which cant be done in the out of box features forms. By using nintex workflows you can automate some process of list/library with the enterprise users interaction on the list with the help of nintex task form.
