No download for article: Passing Data between Windows Forms

Question

I am unable to download the file in the Passing Data between Windows Forms article. I click on the PassBetweenForms.zip link but nothing happens. Is that a problem in my system or the web site?

I registered as an author using Firefox. I was also able to download files using Firefox. So I can do that; it is a little bit of an inconvenience but I can. I however do not know if other IE users have the problem.

Then maybe it is another problem with IE; I cannot download code for articles; I tried a different one too. I also cannot register as an author.
