How to solve
error 0152: No Entity Framework provider found for the ADO.NET provider with invariant name 'System.Data.SqlClient'. Make sure the provider is registered in the 'entityFramework' section of the application config file.

I suspect that you need to install EntityFramework in your application. For instance in class library you added EntityFramework. But UI layer calls class library so you need to install same version of EntityFramework in UI layer. Go to Tools Menu -> Nuget Pakage manager -> Console Install-Package EntityFramework
