I GOT AN ERROR....WHAT DOE SIT MEAN? PLEASE CLEAR....No mapping exists from object type System.Windows.Forms.DateTimePicker to a known managed provider native type.

Hi you should share the error line also for the mentioned error. But as far i concerned witth your error I think you are adding a datetime picker control value in database. so pleas check that line of code.It must be as below. cmd.Parameters.Add(@DateOfJoining dtpDOJ.Value);
