Not able to convert word document to pdf size(50 MB- 200 MB)

Question

I have used below code:-

Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.Application msWordDoc = null;

Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.Document doc = null;

doc = msWordDoc.Documents.Open(ref originalDocPath, ref oMissing, true,

ref oMissing, ref oMissing, ref oMissing, ref oMissing,

ref oMissing,ref oMissing, ref oMissing, ref oMissing,
ref oMissing);

doc.SaveAs(ref pdfPath,ref fileFormat, ref oMissing, ref oMissing,

ref oMissing, ref oMissing, ref oMissing, ref oMissing,

ref oMissing, ref oMissing, ref oMissing, ref oMissing);

But this code doesn't convert big files.

I see you are using a word's automation in C# I've done this in the past but instead of the SaveAs method I used ExportAsFixedFormat like this: var application = new Application (); var document = application.Documents.Open(FileName: @C:\Sample.docx ); document.ExportAsFixedFormat(OutputFileName: @C:\Sample.pdf  ExportFormat: WdExportFormat.wdExportFormatPDF); Also if interested as an alternative you can use this word's library for C# . Here is an article that shows how you can create a new PDF file with C# code . Also in order to achieve a C# conversion of an existing word document to PDF you would do just the following: DocumentModel .Load( @C:\Sample.docx ).Save( @C:\Sample.pdf );
