Not able to load COMCTL32.DLL file

Question

Hi All, I am not able to load the COMCTL32.DLL file in my MS visual studio 2005. Whenever I try to add this dll (from: c:\windows\system32), I get a message saying: Unable to load COMCTL32.DLL. Please help. Thanks.
