Not able to update Author Description in edit profile

Question

Hello There,

 

I am not able to update Author description of my profile in below page...

 

After clicking Save button page focuses on Author Description field but not generate any validation or not saving the page. Nothing is happening

I think below process may hep you:

Browse to each of the following keys and delete any value that refers to your compatibility issue:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Compatibility Assistant\Persisted

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Compatibility Assistant\Persisted

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
