I am interested in getting the square root of the number entered by the user in vb.net .For example if the user types in 100 the prog must give the ans as 10.pls write me the code in vb.net language for the above querey.allog whith the logit applied in it

Dear sailorfoley can u be more precises for the code in finding the squareroot of the n number that is I wana say that I have to declare 3 variables one as double number and then I multi(*) by itself and name it as result and then use math.sqrt(number) pls can u write the whole code for me as I didnt understood soory I am a bit dump so can u put some sence in me Waiting for your reply Thanking u

double number = 100 double result result = Math.Sqrt(number) Pretty simple. The math object does it all for you.
