Srry for late reply You might be creating new Webiste Right Click defaultWebiste Preseter Under Sites in IIS and say add new Application. Now Just put the alias and Select the physical path. and if your alisa is say ABC http://192.168.2.50/ABC/Default.aspx Check this is correct answer if it helped.

If you are hosted in IIS then why port number us required and even where is Virtual DIrectory Name Either you have not hosted properly or you are using wrong path If you hosted correctly open iis and then right clik website and go to Manage Web Site > Browse other wise check this link to understand how to host Websites in IIS Check this is correct answer if it helped.
