Online examination system

Hi everyone I want to develop Online Examination System in Asp.Net MVC. please suggest the logic/idea behind to develop this system. The main problem is how can I add dynamically 50-100 Question. How to store 50-100 answers when anybody give test.

You can use Azure SQL database or otherwise local database i suggest to you can use Azure Database
