only one usage of each socket address is normally permited.

Question

I made one server application and its working also . but when I connect first time it start connecting to clients but if i close application, and again starts . it gives the above error. I tried solutions on web like registry timeWait timimg change and increse port range. doesnt works anyone of this.

help me please .
