how to call textchanged event in mvc such that i have two controller one is for fromdate and another is todate .i have to use it on textchanged of two date .As the use give todate it will search

Hi Sourabh Please find the below snippet. $(document).ready( function () { $( #test ).change( function (){ $.ajax({ type: 'POST'  url: '@Url.Action(ActionName)'  dataType: 'json'  data:{fromdate:$( #test ).val()} success: function (){ } error: function (ex){ alert( 'Failed.' +ex); } }); }); }); test is your id of textbox and ActionName is your Controller Action.
