open a new tab in chrome browser using javascript

Question

Dear I would like to open a new tab in chrome browser using javascript. Currently even-though the call is made after user click popup blocker doesn't allow new tab to be created. Regards

for js you need to call window.open(URL name specs replace); Url:redirection url name:_blank specs Optional. A comma-separated list of items no whitespaces. The following values are supported: replace Optional. Specifies whether the URL creates a new entry or replaces the current entry in the history list. The following values are supported: true - URL replaces the current document in the history list false - URL creates a new entry in the history list OR just call window.open(url  _blank); hope it will work for you.

i want to open a tab when using window.open('about:blank''_blank'); with localhost chrome open the new tab and no problem occur but when deploying with iis or online chrome popup blocker blocks the new tab from opening and show the mesage to allow popup for that website. so i want to open the blank tab without fire the popup blocker in chrome thanks
