open new window beside picture or enlarg picture

How can I make the picture to be enlarge, in a new window beside itself, just when the mouse pointer gets over that?

i want to simulate enlarg button from ebay.com.in ebay.com near some product is enlarge button,when the mouse pointer get over it,it open a new window beside itself that show enlarge picture.my pictures are in database.pleaze help me.
