Open new window using ASP.Net without hitting popup blocker

Question

hi developers,

 

i am creating a website in asp.net ,

 

in my application there are lots of attachments have to open on the blank page. i.e when i am click the link it will go to a new blank page.

 

1.when the blank page is opening the popup-block is block for the page is open.

 

2.so i am go to popup-settings and allow pop-up always and click done in the particlar page. then only the page is opens.

 

this is little bit complicate to the end user in every time enable popup.

 

so i want to rest this - disable popup-blocker on my page

 

so how can i done this task in asp.net.thanking you
