OPEN PDF FILE ON WEB PAGE AND SAVE AS PDF/A

Question

dear Sir I want Make a interface right side on the web form where user can open pdf file and search indexs also there should be a panel in left side for some detail entry of indexs finally it should be saved into database . And also there is an option for opened pdf file i:e SAVE AS which support multiple types like (PDF/A  XML etc.) how i proceed this application plz provide me some guideline and resources for this. it will great appriciable . I am learning about how to create web viewer  such as PDF web viewers  with the help of some manual tools which can be customized by users according to our own favors to help view and read PDF files on webpage these days. You can also google it and select one whose way of processing is simple and fast to help you with the related work. Remember to check its free trial package first if possible. I hope you success.
