Opening Select User And Groups Dialog Box

i want to open this dialog

i tried to implement the code from
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/winsdk/bfobjectselection2.aspx?fid=34549 Using the Windows 2000/XP Object Selection Dialog but no luck

yes i read part 3 i event toke the interop dll imported into project but i still get an error of a missing com+ dll. maybe some one managed to do it in some other way?
