Oracle 9.2 Installation Error

Question

I am getting below error message on installing Oracle 9.2

"The OracleOraHome92HTTPServer service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service."
