Overlapping two images into one

Question

Hi all!

Currently I am working on a c#.net Project and now I am having a Problem with overlapping two images(jpegs) into a single image. That is one image is from hard disc and another one is dynamic image. I want to overlap the dynamic image on the other image and to be shown as a single image.

Please Help me in doing this.
