how i can create own blog through php.... give me some suggessions...

Just create a website in PHP which would act as a blogging website. You can create your own short personal website which would enable you to create a simple web page which can be connected to the back-end database to extract the data and to insert the data (using your credentials). If you want to use CMS you can consider using Wordpress for this function.
