Pagination or load data in background in treeview

Question

Hi 

I am working on a project where i am fatcing data from AD and showing in treeview on aspx page.

 

some times its take time to load data due to max data

is it posible to load initial data on page load and load further data on scrooling  in background??

  

and if there can i use pagination intreeview?
