panel moving in windows form

Question

im trying to move panel in windows form and i used timer also , my code is

 

pnlMove.Location = new Point(pnlMove.Location.X, pnlMove.Location.Y - 8);

 

it is just moving step by step, but i want to move slow for 30sec , any one can help me
