pass a string array to the next form.

How can I pass a string array from form1 to the other form2 where form2 is invoked from from form1 ? any help wud greatly be appreciated. Thanks vspv

Hi Let say you have pass the value from form1 to form2. Do you know how to pass back the value from form2 to original form1? Thank you!

Another way is to overload the Form2 constructor like so: public Form2(string[]passedInArray) { MyStringArray = passedInArray; InitializeComponent(); } In Form1 pass in the array when you create Form2 Form2 newForm = new Form2(testArray);

Give Form 2 a private variable of type string array private string[] MyStringArray; Next give Form2 a public property like this public string[] testProp { get { return MyStringArray; } set { MyStringArray = value; } } In Form1 create a new Form2 instance and set the property to a string array that you created.
