To do that you need a large dictionary to check the proposed passwords against, preferably a free one. The following assumes you're using the MS Word dictionary and .NET 4.0 (VS 2010) or later. Well, one way to ensure that your passwords don't appear in the dictionary is to include digits in them. The following program generates random passwords between 8 and 12 characters in length which include exactly two digits.
