Performance profiling WCF services

Question

Does anybody know the steps to profile a WCF service application using CLR profiler or VS performance profiler?

I am unable to profile my service. Other applications are working fine but not WCF service.

Not really.Am looking for a profiler which can publish the heap allocation details for any wcf service. It will be useful to find the memory leaks if any. Generally VSTS profiler can fulfil this requirement.But don't know why in WCF it is not behaving properly!
