periodically update my data in a repeater control using asp.net, c#

Question

I'm working on a web project that requires me to display a recent news at the side of my page. i had being able to save into database and retrieve from database but my concern is that; i need to display those information periodically, like after changing the first 1-4 displayed information in 5 and minutes and in the next 5min to display 5-8 and so on. pls. i need qiuck reply.
