I have a simple table like this:

| 1.04 | 72019 | 4 |
| 1.05 | 72019 | 1 |
| 1.06 | 72019 | 0 |
| 1.07 | 72019 | 2 |
| 1.08 | 72019 | 0 |
And I need to pivot it out like this:
| RefNum | 1.01 | 1.02 | 1.03 | 1.04 | 1.05 | 1.06 | 1.07 | 1.08 |
| 72019 | 1 | 2 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 1 | 0 | 2 |
No aggreation, pretty much a transpose...can't work it out for the life of me..
The QRef won't always be 1.01,1.02....1.08 they could be different each time
